Please Note that we unfortunately can no longer guarantee live arrival on Superworms and Mealworms if being shipped outside of the Gauteng region.

We strongly suggest and advise that overnight courier services are taken for areas outside of Gauteng – especially in the hot summer months– to ensure the live arrival of your bugs.

We will not accept any responsibility of dead bugs should you choose a normal standard courier service, which may have a 2 – 3 day travel duration. This extended travel time may affect and hamper the lifespan of your worms in summer.

We do, however, take every effort in packaging the worms, so that they can survive the travel time and we still strive to get your worms to you happy, healthy and alive.
