Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our goal is to get bugs to our customers that are alive on arrival.

If after having chosen the appropriate shipping method as strongly advised in our disclaimer section, and your worms/bugs don’t make it to you alive, we will happily credit or replace your order, with exception to all of the courier costs.

Advise us within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied with pictures of your dead bugs.
 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All our live insects such as worms,  beetles etc. cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4 days, especially over a weekend.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account again after 24hrs.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
